2. Orders and Delivery

Orders can be placed online at www.otxpharma.de.

Goods marked as “in stock” are usually dispatched on the same day for orders placed on business days before 12:00. Orders placed later are usually processed no later than the following business day.

Shipping takes place Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The specific delivery time depends on the selected shipping provider and the destination country. Available shipping methods, delivery times and shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process.

Personal collection is not available.

3. Prices and Payment Methods

All prices in the online shop are stated in euros and include the applicable statutory VAT.

The available payment methods are displayed to the customer during the checkout process. Depending on the country and order, the following payment methods may be offered in particular:

• Online card payment
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• PayPal
• Online bank transfer, if available
• Cash on delivery, if available in the respective country

Online payments are processed through secure payment service providers. The specifically available payment methods are always displayed during the checkout process.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. The withdrawal may be declared by e-mail to info@otxpharma.de.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the customer to send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Returned goods must be complete and securely packaged.

5. Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed or damaged after delivery.

This applies in particular to food supplements, cosmetics, food products and similar goods if the protective seal, sealing or packaging has been opened or damaged.

If the packaging remains intact, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

6. Non-Acceptance of a Shipment

If the customer does not accept an order without prior cancellation or does not collect a shipment on time, the seller is entitled to claim reimbursement of reasonable costs actually incurred, in particular shipping, return shipping, packaging and handling costs.

For prepaid orders, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the refund.

In the event of problems with accepting or collecting the shipment, we recommend contacting our customer service in good time.

7. Complaints and Liability for Defects

Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to info@otxpharma.de.

Please describe the defect as precisely as possible and, where possible, attach photos or other documents that may help us process the complaint.

If a return is required, the complained goods must be returned complete and securely packaged.

Complaints are handled within the statutory time limits. The customer will be informed by e-mail about the progress and outcome of the complaint.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed only for the performance of the contract, communication with the customer, compliance with legal obligations and in the cases described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution

Consumers may contact the competent consumer protection authority in the event of a dispute.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a German consumer arbitration board.

10. Applicable Law

The law of the Czech Republic applies, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer has their habitual residence provide otherwise.

11. Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply from the date stated above and replace all previous versions.

The seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions by publishing a new version on the website.
