Business Purchases – OTX Pharma®

Are you buying food supplements for your company? At OTX Pharma®, you can also place orders as an entrepreneur, company, shop, salon, fitness studio, trainer or other business customer.

Orders for Business Customers

Business customers can place their orders directly online through our e-shop. Available products, prices, shipping methods and payment options are displayed during the checkout process.

After completing the order, you will receive an invoice with the billing details provided in the order.

Companies Without a Valid VAT ID

If you do not provide a valid VAT ID, the order will be processed as a standard order including the VAT shown in the e-shop.

Companies With a Valid VAT ID From an EU Member State

If you are a company from another EU member state and have a valid VAT ID, the invoice may be issued without VAT if the legal requirements are met.

Please enter your VAT ID correctly directly when placing the order. The VAT is then handled by the buyer in their own country according to the applicable tax regulations.

If the VAT ID is not entered correctly or is not valid, the order may be charged including VAT.

Payment for Business Orders

Business orders can only be paid online when completing the order, for example by payment card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal or another payment method offered during the checkout process.

Business orders are not shipped cash on delivery and are not available on invoice with deferred payment terms.

For larger orders, we reserve the right to verify the order before dispatch.

What Information Is Required?

• Company name
• Company registration number or commercial register number, if available
• VAT ID, if available
• Billing address
• Delivery address
• E-mail address for order communication

Larger Orders

If you would like to order a larger quantity of products, for example 10, 20 or more pieces, you can contact us in advance. We will be happy to check product availability and delivery options.
